Reading this site is anonymous. We run no advertising network, no tracking pixels and no analytics that follow you elsewhere. The only personal information we ever hold is what you type into a form, and we use it to answer you.

• —The page you were on — so whoever answers knows what you were reading.
• —Your name, if you give it. The field is optional.

That is all. We do not ask for your booking reference, your date of birth, your passport or your payment details, and you should not send them.

Form submissions go to the travel advisory business that maintains this site, and are stored in its customer system so the question can be answered and followed up. They are not sold, rented or shared with a cruise line, an advertiser or a data broker.

As long as it takes to answer you, and afterwards as a record of the conversation. Ask us to delete your details at hello@cruisepolicies.com and we will, unless we are required to keep something.

This site is aimed at adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to hello@cruisepolicies.com and we will delete it.

Write to hello@cruisepolicies.com to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You can also use the contact form. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, and we will honour them whether or not the law requires us to.
